i think it is a great training program and i have learnt a lot of thing form these training videos thanks again and again for mr, frenhc for this cause of knowledge and good help him to improve it

Hello Kvenable,
There are many good books, Jean Andrews are some of the best, to help prepare for the A+ and Network+. If you are able to pickup the information and feel comfortable with computers I would suggest getting one the Exam Cram books and practice taking the tests. This will root out any soft areas and help you to get a better understanding of computers and how the questions are structured. Once you get a an 80% you are ready for the certification test.
