Hi J.B.,

You should consider studying for the CompTIA A+ certification. It will guide you to whats important to learn. They are many good resources available on the Internet.

Regards,
Greg

Hi Mr. French,
Thank you so much for your video posts. I was looking through your videos on YouTube and landed here. I tried searching your Uploads for Part 1 to watch the videos in chronological order, but noticed there were several. As a beginner, I'm quite overwhelmed with all the resources and links that are available from all around the world and am not quite sure where to start. Essentially, what I'm wondering is this: if a student were to walk up to you stating that they have "zero" background in computers but is considering on becoming a technical support specialist, what subjects/aspects of the computer would you suggest they study/get-to-know, and in what order? Your knowledge and insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Again,
J.B.
